Getting ready to go and see a new therapist. Even walking out the door to drive myself to the appointment requires of me inner fortitude and large amounts of courage.

Therefore, dear friends, there is nothing left for this blog or, for that matter, you. There are thousands of posts ready for me to write but today my strength is in following through on a promise to try and once more be fixed.
